5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer shipping within India. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service.
  • Risk of Loss: All purchases made on the Site are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aart Tek Creations Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
