Return and Refund Policies

Due to hygiene reason teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Simple return

Period: 7 days

Products covered: All our toys

If you’re not happy with your product, please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll have it picked up and replaced or refunded. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return.

Manufacturing Warranty

Period: 1 year

Products covered: Pikler and Jungle Gym.

On some products like the Pikler and jungle gym we have a manufacturing warrantee that lasts for 1 year. In case there is any defect / issue with the product, please bring it to our notice, and we will take the necessary action to fix / replace parts / whole as the case may be.
